The chances of attaining the Buddha’s teachings are as slim as seeing the udumbara flower, which is said to bloom only once in three thousand years.
The Buddha encourages us to go to the other shore of nirvana together with all other sentient beings. Let us not lose the chance to practice for ourselves and to teach the Dharma to our loved ones and to the people around us.
